To create an account on ek2222 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek2222's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ek2222 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ek2222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering.
• Failure to pass identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant and may be closed following notice to the registered email address.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at ek2222 staff.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any outstanding bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Genuine real-money balances arising from verified deposits will be returned to the originating payment method after applicable deductions, except where prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
